The Transparency Initiative (TTI) seeks to foster transparency around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in Portland’s creative industry through surveys, resource hubs, programming, and more.

The audience for TTI includes anyone who works in Portland’s creative industry - designers, photographers, copywriters, strategists, project managers, and more.

GOALS

Foster positive social impact and greater transparency of DEI efforts in Portland’s creative industry by providing resources and education that enables action.

Promote the 2023 Equity Report to share data that can help creatives foster more equitable and inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Build community and camaraderie among creative professionals.

SCOPE

  • Manage and collaborate with a team of creatives (designers and copywriters).

  • Plan & develop social media content strategy and cadence.

  • Design social media collateral.

  • Write engaging and informative copy for newsletters, social posts, and the website.

Social Media & Email Marketing

Our content is educational and informative, using carousels, bright graphics, and enthusiastic copy to engage users and communicate some of our most significant findings.
