Collaborated with the Founder of creative agency INDÍGENA to write a narrative-style “living agreement” that expressed the agency’s values while clarifying project scope and fostering ethical client partnerships.
Work
Inspired by the work and mentorship of Quiet, the focus of this project centered around the question: How can we create an agreement that will make everyone in the creative process feel taken care of?
Thus, the Living Agreement was born, highlighting INDÍGENA’s top values: value alignment, cultural currency, and learning and teaching.
The Living Agreement is not a legally binding document. It is meant is to be an active and evolving agreement based on trust, mutual respect, and finding common purpose.
The agency plans to give this agreement to every client and contractor they work with to ensure that each party is creatively, ethically, and spiritually aligned before working together.
